Saratoga, Schenectady & Albany counties & the city of Troy will benefit from a unified voice in Congress next year. I'm thankful for that, but I'm deeply disappointed that the 'Special Master' creates an incomplete Capital Region district by excluding the city of Amsterdam (1/4)
