@Ken_Brewer@ScottRicht65426@WayneMcGaheeIII The money is being spent if he stays or goes. The long retention is working against them…he’ll have little market value by the time its all over. On top of all the brand degradation thats taken place in the meantime.
@Ken_Brewer@ScottRicht65426@WayneMcGaheeIII FSU has money. They are just led by people who do not have athletics as a priority. Its been almost 3 years weighing a firing now. It gets paid one way or another. FSU raised 20M in <month to fire Tag. This program has 0 direction up top and a reactive admin.
@ccmiles11@EvilJimboFisher@WayneMcGaheeIII@fifthquarterfsu Dont know how more people dont realize that. Hes had a big buyout for 3 years now. This is just terrible leadership. Theyve likely cost themselves more by depleting any market value MN may still have.
@ScottRicht65426@WayneMcGaheeIII FSU has had almost 3 years to muster that up. They got 20M up in <1 month to can Taggart. Its not money. They are being led by clowns. They wont even have an AD by year’s end and will be behind the 8 ball in any coaching search, if it even gets to that.
@pixelweld@WayneMcGaheeIII@SeminolePeej Its the right move, so if thats how you want to put it, yes. A school’s past has less importance than ever. In fact, FSU, arguably the most storied program in the conference, is quickly cementing itself at the bottom of the ACC, while an NCST *at least* attempts to right the ship
