@ColoradosMark@WallStreetSilv Dave Ramsey sells very basic rudimentary common sense that you should have learned growing up in a 50's household. My financial position would not be what it is, if I had followed his "baby-steps" residential investment advice. For newbies just sarting investing , he is a start.

@Cernovich I can really relate to those little lessons. My parents, not knowingly, used these w my 3 brothers and we all turned out relatively scar-free. Excellent advice Cernovich
@RealCandaceO Great question! Had my first grandchild a year ago- Im 75. I'd always thought it would be great to wait for marriage until my "oats were sown". NOw I wish I would have started family way sooner. And I see the joy a family brings after this Thanksgiving.
