@caseyhast @disclosetv When this deal goes before the FTC or DoJ, Warner Bros will likely have to opportunity to divest those holdings that Netflix doesn't want. They might stand to make more with the Netflix purchase of $82bn

@caseyhast @disclosetv I believe that it's because of how the two deals are structured. Paramount is offering $108bn but wants all of the Warner Bros holdings. If I read it correctly, Netflix only wants specific Warner Bros holdings that are streaming ready.

@hodgetwins After actually speaking to Grok, those redactions are not enough to be inadmissible but the defense can call for clawbacks and would have those documents removed from the litigation.

@hodgetwins I believe that people using these redactions and making them clear makes them inadmissible because it's not supposed to happen. I don't know 100% but I believe that a defense can argue against this. A normal attorney would never try to remove, or read a redaction.

@TheLaurenChen I went to a concert and had to have a COVID test or COVID card. I did not get shot. I tested negative that day. I ended up getting COVID from that concert.
