Hey @amazon: I’m not sure why it’s so hard for drivers to read the delivery instructions. Leaving packages outside of my office on a busy street when I clearly have a sign saying read the delivery instructions for the door code is just lazy. Especially when items are expensive.

I’d like to know what action Instacart takes on employees who discriminate against disabled customers? Paying for a delivery service and then being told he’s not going to deliver because he doesn’t want to get a parking ticket at 5pm on a Sunday surely isn’t the model. (1/2)
