Today I want to advise my young men:

Train yourself to be #reliable. Many of you are greatly qualified but you’re still struggling financially because you’re unreliable. People can’t trust u with work.

You work today, you miss 3 days and switch off your phone.

You’re paid money to do something, you eat the money and fail to deliver. You hide yourself

You come crying for a job. You’re given the job and after one month you’re complaining abt the job.

You can’t go far when no one can rely on you even if you’re the best in your game.

The world of employment is changing. Employers are focusing on #reliability rather than qualifications.

In this coming 2024, I want u to change yourself to go far.

Stop your nasty behaviors.
You steal from the company, you manipulate invoices, you lie even on the simplest things. You borrow money from people and when it’s time to refund you block their numbers. Young man such behavior is limiting you. You will continue struggling without anyone’s help.

This 2024, rebrand yourself: Stop wasting money in #betting?
Stop #alcoholism.

Show the world that you’re ready to be trusted. Do people’s work when they pay you and do it with one heart. Today’s market is more based on #referrals meaning people ask each other.

Those people u keep stealing from will one day make a crusade against you and it will be the end of you.

Be #Reliable.

A reliable person is honest
A reliable person delivers work
