It’s no secret I have a close relationship with Zimbabwe, so I’m always routing for them as a country, for the people, for their cricket.
That said, with the World Cup coming up next year I’d encourage people to look at Victoria Falls as a destination to visit and watch games, even if it’s not your team, you won’t be disappointed, I promise you that!
Cape Town is the obvious choice for hot spot right now, but I have a feeling after the WC supporters will say Vic Falls was their favorite. Don’t miss out. You’re welcome 👊
@magattew Exactly. The West should stop treating Africa like it desperately needs their help. This is patronizing nonsense.
Frankly, my observation is that the average happiness in a village in Africa is higher than the average happiness in Beverly Hills!
African countries are blaming South Africa for their own nationals being illegally there instead of blaming themselves for the conditions that made them run.
We have a massive accountability problem on our continent, Africans.

Absolute panic in Tel Aviv. A TRT World correspondent reveals massive crowds of Israelis are violently defying police to protest the war on Iran. They expose Netanyahu launched this disastrous war solely to save his own political career. The Zionist regime is imploding.
This is our God: Jesus, King of Peace, who rejects war, whom no one can use to justify war. He does not listen to the prayers of those who wage war, but rejects them, saying: “Even though you make many prayers, I will not listen: your hands are full of blood” (Is 1:15).
@ChelseaFC Fire this fraud of a coach .Palmer was shit kept in on .Ganarcho in form benches him .We tactically lost the game ,you put a goalie who isn't comfortable with the ball .Useless coach send him back to Strasbourg

As much as I understand and support the need to extend the election cycle to seven years, to break the perpetual electioneering and focus on nation-building, I believe that a constitutional amendment without a referendum comes with too many risks. These risks include raising divisions inside ZANU PF, resurrecting an opposition that was dead, raising chances of protests and conflict between the opposition and government, which raises the chance of destroying the current goodwill from the West and the threats of new sanctions.
More critically, the older our President gets, the more vulnerable his leadership becomes to internal challenges and coups, as we saw with Mugabe. In my books, this constitutional amendment is too risky and threatens to undo the legacy being built by the Second Republic.
So what are the options? Take the 2030 constitutional amendment to a referendum, to get buy-in and acceptance from the masses. Or ZANU PF must focus on presenting a successor with a strong pro-economic strategy to win the hearts and minds of the youth and urban voters, to beat Chamisa in 2028.
