Prime Minister @R_Nabbanja, together with @DrMusenero, Minister of @MEMD_Uganda; @MamaMabira, Minister of State for Environment at @min_waterUg; John Baptist Lokii, Minister of Karamoja Affairs; and technical staff, have completed an inspection tour of a factory being set up in Moroto District to produce clinker, a key ingredient in cement manufacturing.
The Premier has directed the contractor to expedite the completion of the outstanding civil works to get the factory up and running as soon as possible.
Uganda spends between $200 million and $300 million on clinker imports each year.
The Prime Minister and the ministers said the factory will reduce Uganda’s import bill and contribute to socioeconomic development.
Lukwago committed the ultimate crime. Accusing me of violating human rights when I am the biggest defender of human rights in Uganda. When I was fighting Joseph Kony in Northern Uganda he was doing nothing apart from impregnating women in Kampala.
Welcome to @BOMAHHOTELLTD
