@TheRealKeean All I will say is whatever they air, will make them more money than the NHL did. They had to give all of the advertising revenue from the NHL to Rogers. They were making 0 dollars airing it. Now Rogers wants them to pay. Do better Keean.

@Xcarnage_Xd Why? The old deal to air NHL, included them giving ALL of the advertising dollars associated to ROGERS. They made 0 dollars on this. Now Rogers wants them to pay for the rights and hand over advertising dollars. CBC said no - no budget for this. Direct your anger at Rogers.

@MCLEOD343 @VanIsleInvestor CBC did carry the games for free...but all advertising $ they made, during the NHL games went 100% to Rogers. CBC made 0 dollars for airing this. Now Rogers wanted CBC to pay to air, and take advertising dollars. Fair?

@StockCrops @PierrePoilievre Not just the Canadian Govt, it is the provincial govt where the majority of the taxes go. It needs to be taken up with the provincial govt too. (more than 1/2 are taxed by provinces)
