Six hours after that, Lufthansa called saying they couldn’t honor the flight because one of the airlines involved (@avianca) didn’t accept the new price.
Now they’re threatening to cancel all my flights without refunding my money.

but 2 hours later, I got a call saying there was a system error, and the prices were wrong. I called back, paid for another flight, and was told I’d get confirmation in 2 hours.

Ten hours later, I had to call again. After a 1-hour call, they finally sent me a confirmation.
