@sotto_tito Fix ARTICLE XVII SECTION 1(1) of 1987 Constitution with the PROPOSED AMENDMENT through #PeoplesInitiativePH!

@sotto_tito Because once it has been acted favorably or settled by the concern institution, all the subsequent contentious issues and doubts as to the revisions or amendments of a pertinent provisions in the 1987 Constitution will now be put to rest.

That’s precisely why we need to fix it!
