Just watched #LaterWithJoolsHolland Baby Rose-great songwriter, soulful vocals, the new Joan Amatrading. Lola Young-North London cockney in her speech, great singer, Grammy winner, drug dealer refs in lyrics-the new Amy Winehouse. Everything old is new again. Sigh.

A 17-year-old valedictorian, Leen Hijaz, used her graduation speech to speak for the voiceless: "Millions suffering in Palestine, Sudan, Congo, Afghanistan. Families torn apart by ICE."
