Who promised life is easy? You can curl up in a ball and cry or you can work to achieve what you want. NOTHING worth having comes easy except your faith!
Honestly I don’t know which is worse to watch, the Bengals defense giving up the lead or the Reds Bullpen giving up the lead. Both are simply horrific!
@CincyProblems Do we really expect to win with this starting everyday for us???????????
Half of your position players cannot HIT!!!!
McLain - .220
Friedl - .178
Hayes - .147
Stephenson - .176
OMG who are we kidding. We have a 2nd baseman who can’t hit. We have a 3rd baseman who can’t hit. We have a catcher that can’t hit. We have relievers who serve up home run balls like candy and we think we are going to win! In what fantasy world???

Tom Izzo shares a powerful lesson on accountability and the kid's toy he's used for 20 years to teach it.
"I have a thing in my office in my staff room. I had my wife 20 years ago buy about 6 of those Barbie and Ken mirrors - you know, the little mirrors."
Here's how he uses them:
"Whenever we have a problem here - somebody screws up, something happens in class, we lose a game and we're going around my staff room asking, 'Well, whose fault is it?'..."
"The first thing I do is get those 6 mirrors out."
"I say, 'Look in the mirror. Look in the mirror and decide - did I do something wrong to start with?'"
"Now, I hate to admit it, but that happens."
That's self-accountability.
Before you point fingers, you have to look in the mirror.
Before you blame others, ask yourself what you could have done differently.
The best teams don't look for excuses - they look inward first.
Accountability starts with you. Always.
