The Bureau of Land Management just approved an AI data center on public land.

Never been done before.

Not through a real environmental review either. They dug up an old solar farm's approval from 2023 and decided it counted for a completely different project. No new review. No public comment period. No public say at all.

The site sits on desert tortoise habitat outside Boulder City, Nevada, three miles from residents' homes.

The company behind it is Skylar Capital Management, a Texas hedge fund.

Its water will come from the Colorado River Basin.

The same river that gives nearly 40 million people across seven states their drinking water.

The same river where farmers and ranchers use almost 80 percent of the supply, and it's already so short that farmers this year left fields unplanted and ranchers are shrinking their cattle herds just to survive the season.

The same river so overdrawn that seven states have spent months failing to agree on how to split what's left, and this week, the federal government takes that decision out of their hands entirely.

The same river where Navajo, Hopi, and Paiute nations have waited 118 years for water they were legally promised back in 1908, while states actively fight to block them from getting it.

Now a hedge fund wants a straw in that river too, for a server farm.

Who decided an AI data farm needs water more than the 40 million people who depend on the Colorado River? 💧

‼️FYI: A Texas man has been arrested after authorities alleged he charged migrants $200 each by claiming he would take them to places where they could seek asylum, but instead drove them to ICE detention facilities.

Investigators say he falsely presented himself as someone offering help before allegedly turning the migrants over to federal immigration authorities.

The case has sparked debate over immigration enforcement, deception, and whether private citizens should play any role in border-related operations.

Some argue he helped authorities identify people who entered the country illegally. Others believe taking money under false pretenses from vulnerable people is wrong, regardless of the outcome.

🚨BREAKING: A masked ICE agent was filmed carrying a toddler in pajamas… and walking away.

And given everything we now know about ICE, that should alarm the hell out of you.

Because we are being asked to trust that someone is a legitimate federal agent just because they say they’re ICE… while their face is covered and they refuse to give out their badge numbers.

And when that person is carrying away a fucking toddler, that is not something we should be expected to just shrug off.

Especially when we have learned that ICE’s vetting process is deeply flawed.

The ICE agent who fatally shot Johan Sebastián Durán Guerrero in Maine had years of family court records detailing allegations of domestic and child abuse, including protective orders and other serious red flags.

And somehow, he was still given a badge, a gun, and the authority of the federal government to arrest people, and take children into custody.

And that’s not the only problem…

We are also seeing cases of people impersonating federal immigration agents… including masked individuals using law-enforcement-style clothing, and equipment, to make themselves appear legitimate.

So, when you have a masked man, claiming to be ICE, carrying away a toddler, the question everyone needs to be asking is…

WHO THE FUCK IS THIS PERSON?

How are we supposed to trust a system that has already failed to properly vet the people it gives this kind of power to?

And how the hell are we supposed to tell the difference when criminals can easily pretend to be ICE, too?

This is the terrifying reality of creating a system where people are expected to obey masked men carrying children away… simply because they claim to have government authority.

🚨BREAKING: “Man of God” arrested on 90 counts of child molestation — after decades of posing as a defender of “biblical values” on Facebook.

David Mercer, 72, spent years online lecturing his 1.8K Facebook friends about “guarding the hearts and minds” of children, blasting secular schools, and warning that pastors are persecuted and betrayed (of course 🙄). He was, until his arrest, still working as a youth pastor in Folsom, Louisiana.

Now Bossier Parish Sheriff’s deputies say Mercer m*lested at least 4 children between 1989 and 1995, while he was youth minister at Cypress Baptist Church of Benton — a position he resigned from in 1995. He was arrested July 10 without incident and booked into the Bossier Parish Maximum Security Facility on 90 counts of forcible fondling m*lestation of a juvenile.

His bond is set at $2.5 million.

Sheriff Julian Whittington didn’t mince words: “Although nearly 40 years have passed, the passage of time does not lessen the seriousness of these crimes or the impact they have had on those affected.” He’s urging any additional victims or witnesses to come forward — investigators expect more charges and more victims.

Let that sink in: this man spent decades after leaving that church continuing to work with kids, all while posting about “protecting” children from secular culture, ranting about a Disney cartoon “normalizing paganism,” and sharing memes insisting the Bible should matter more to people than their phones.

This is the same script we’ve seen over and over — the loudest self-appointed guardians of “family values” are too often hiding the ugliest secrets. Meanwhile actual survivors waited nearly 40 years for justice to even begin.

ICE deported a U.S. citizen.

Brian Morales had a Colorado birth certificate, Social Security card and hospital records proving he was born in Denver. He repeatedly told agents he was American. They refused to let him produce his documents, accused him of lying, threatened him with prison and pressured him into falsely claiming he entered illegally.

Citizens are not required to carry proof of citizenship, because this is not 1930s Germany.

Then they threw him out of his own country.
