@FelixCLC_ If anything, I would love it if some apps/games could have an option to use more RAM. My home PC has 128 GB of RAM and could just fit most of a game could just be loaded into RAM. Or decompressed to there so at worst case, it'd just be a sync to the GPU. Oh well.
@lauriewired I get why it's 1D and you can mostly work around it, but I think it would be nice if there were easier ways to work with it as 2D (or more). Things like image manipulation can be a pain and some data just makes more sense in multiple dimimsions.
@davepl1968 Ya, it wasn't really as bad as people remember. There were a lot of driver issues (because they were trying to make it more secure) and perf issues (they fixed it later. I think they found they were drawing twice or something). They at least tried some new things.
@thecomputerclan They also made some really dumb choices (IMO). Sure it looked pretty but it was super heavy, the battery was dumb, no one really needed the front screen, too much focus on AR as a gimmick with very little software support, and clearly too expensive.
@shiorinovella Konsui Fighter is a game that a few friends and I have been working on for a while. It's a classic 2D fighter with hand drawn art, no micro transactions, rollback netcode and a full story. All in a custom engine. (Also on Android)

@valigo I think the main thing people miss is that there is almost never a "perfect" way to do everything that works every time. Things like OOP get over used but it definitely has a place.
For me, I have 30+ collection jobs that are similar but all need custom code for some bits.
@RhysSullivan Ya, for my needs, it's by far one of the best interfaces for Git. Some are overly complicated and I know others just using command line (for simple things that's fine), but I like having things like the diff views. It also helps that the whole interface is pretty snappy.
@JamieMoranUK I've been saying for a while that companies need to stop doing only AAA (and what ever the hell AAAA is). There are so many great games you can make with a fraction of the budget and they always forget that big franchises come from trying something new.
@nicbarkeragain I do use this occasionally (when I don't want to cut/paste simple things), but I also do it on accident sometimes.
The much worst one to me is cut/copy when nothing is selected. I always turn it off. The amount of times I've hit copy when I meant paste...
