@GuidoFawkes That would cause massive protests unlike anything this Country has ever seen imo so would be absolutely stupid. Perhaps if Labour did more sensible things economically ect they would not be criticised so much.
@Stormx2233@daniellismore The Banking sector produced the largest tax income pre Brexit it has restructured since as has the insurance industry. Business is still being done but in different ways. That tax revenue has gone get over it!
@georgeeaton We are taxed to the extent that there is little growth many failing businesses and growing unemployment. The young have no future in the UK!!
Andy Burnham refuses to answer the simple question, Will you stop the Boats? His solution is bring them in, give them jobs & set up HMOs in places like Makerfield. You would have to be insane or ignorant to vote for that!!!
It’s pointless arguing with the left you have to make sure they’re never ever anywhere near any sort of power. Since Tony Blair despite losing elections they’re still everywhere in our governance or public sector.
We need to remove their influence not argue with them, they will never listen.
The right needs to stop being so squeamish when they’re in power & get the balance back more sensible, ignore the squeals of protest, especially from the biased lefty MSM!
The whole of our welfare system is broken and not fit for purpose. When you reward people for lying, exaggerating and playing the system, then don’t be surprised when more people do it. We are mostly selfish creatures.
@RichardJMurphy You tax banks or other high earning shares you tax retirement funds of many many people in the UK. Profits are distributed as dividends.
@MMTUK_PRG "just in time" manufacturing and supply dates backs to the 80's and is a private sector invention to ensure supply chains run efficiently and effectively.
