@TuroSupport@TonyStocks81821@turo Yeah, good luck with that. I encountered an issue over a year ago. I took to Twitter about it and was told to DM them. I never received a response. And each request for a follow-up were simply ignored. Worst customer service I've ever experienced.

@UPS VERY upset at the moment! A package was to be overnighted to me. The destination is physically written on the package, yet it goes to the wrong address in a completely different state! And not being able to reach a live agent at your CUSTOMER SERVICE number?! Seriously?!!
