Hello, I applied for a renewal of my national ID from gulu about 3 months ago. I was charged 50k for the renewal. I applied and even have the document and three months later I'm yet to recieve any message of confirmation. I tried checking the phone but I wasn't given an application number. When I went there to check I was told to it's in progress but should pay some money if I want it to be accelerated. What do I do now? I'm missing out on opportunities because I don't have a valid ID
