🚨 Attention Medical Students of Kenya and General Public 🚨
We have identified a consultant doctor and two individuals falsely representing our association.
We’re concerned about any unauthorized transactions and agreements being made in the name of medical students.
Dear Government, the doctors are saying that since you have publicly said that you conceded to 18 of our 19 demands(except internship),kindly take back the 18 and give us the 1 .As a community, we are not used to abandoning the most vulnerable, and to us,interns are currently very vulnerable.
As Doctors, we refuse to be scapegoats for wage bill reduction. Our salaries, vital like any Kenyan's, are based on fair agreements.
Despite government pressure, doctors' salaries, anchored on CBA, are non-negotiable. We won't compromise on fair compensation for our hard work. It's unjust to target us for wage bill control while state officers enjoy hefty paychecks.
We stand united against exploitation.

"When injustice becomes law, resistance becomes duty."
We refuse to tolerate impunity! With unwavering determination, our resolve surges. United in purpose, our strike gains momentum, intensifying tenfold as we advance towards a healthcare system rooted in fairness and justice.
To end the health crisis and fulfil broken promises we must avoid quick fixes and commit to long-term reforms that transform our health sector into one that values the dignity of the medical profession and well being of Kenyans

The reality of healthcare in Kenya cannot be ignored any longer. It's time for decisive action and meaningful reforms.
