@SamsungIndia I have given a service request on 26th of July and even today we have not yet received any update about the same..going on contacting Samsung help desk but the response is pathetic...no commitment values. If this is happening in a metro city like Kolkata..imagine???

@SamsungIndia I hd an issue with water dripping from the frnt side of the refrigerator. I had raised a reqst for service. The service enginr came nd fnd damages on the inner walls of the it. I was shocked to hear it. No help from compny nd want me to settle at lw cost. Digusting!

Look how Zomato behaves..I ordered them cancelled and when I tried to cancel they said it can't be cancelled @zomato @zomatocare @Zomato_delivery .late night with no food...need to go out for some of it....cannot trust Zomato any more..support staffs are ignoring my conversations
