@romeramreem Of course - it’s the same old victim mentality. Many regions were underdeveloped, not just the south. State-building takes time; i.e even many towns in Mount Lebanon lacked proper infrastructure. The neglect rhetoric is simply used to justify the continued existence of a militia.
