@BOBBY_1_ It’s a case of RICE for the injury. Try ice and elevation. You can check the height of your arches. Wet feet on paving slabs to see if you have high arches. If so you might need more support. I don’t run anymore but do cycle a lot and cycling shoes can also cause issues.

Hi BT Twitter pals. The hoos are worried about me. Since Gaspode the JTT went OTRB I seem to have suddenly got very old. Not eating very well, one slow potter to see the 🐎 then sleep in my bed. I am 14 this year but…. I just look sad 😢
