@josiahmortimer @sianberry With the state of London Heathrow right now, are you suggesting people don't go away? City has been the safe option for families to avoid queues at peaks. Heathrow family queue has been a disaster for the past couple of years. E Line connection is irrelevant at the moment.

@HeathrowAirport @minnovates Never heard so many children crying at one time! 2 hours now in the family queue. All other queues clear but not allowing under 12s.

@mrjamesob @British_Airways If BA canx your flight you can rebook onto another flight without paying the extra fare, as long as you keep the same route. If you had a good deal (and there have been loads of great deals as airlines are desperate) it's worth changing to a peak date - October half term, Xmas.
