@Reil76 All Canadians should qualify for the grocery rebate. We all contribute through taxes, and inflation doesn't discriminate based on income. The cost of groceries, housing, and everyday essentials has increased for everyone.
@SolaTheAnalyst Basically, if you're a taxpayer earning above the cutoff, you don't qualify for the grocery incentive. You're expected to carry the tax burden while receiving none of the benefit.
@nwa_udi_di_egwu@TheEmmalez Calling someone mumu and empty skull doesn't make your argument stronger. In my neck of the woods, people resort to insults when they can't regulate their emotions. A little research on how old age pensions, spousal support, and child support actually work might be more useful.
@CaptainArinze Discipline is meant to teach, guide, and correct behavior. It should not involve withdrawing love, affection, or emotional connection. A child can be held accountable for their actions while still knowing they're loved.
@TimeyinI What is this na? People complain because the higher your income, the more you contribute, while qualifying for fewer benefits. By June, some of us have already maxed out EI, CPP, and additional CPP. It's not hard to understand why some taxpayers feel frustrated.
@midnightangrine@TheJerzWay Part of the healthcare wait-time problem is people using the wrong level of care. Emergency rooms are designed for emergencies. A headache, mild diarrhea, or other non-urgent issues are often better handled by a family doctor, walk-in clinic, or urgent care center.
