🚨If you trade is working in your favor but you are more worried about
"OH WHAT IF IT PULLS BACK , I WILL GIVE UP GAINS"
Then you are just trading your P&L,not your system
Get Rid of that feeling, let your plan and system work!
That thought will keep you inconsistent!Decide!
Guys, I’ll tell you one thing.
90% of the year, the market usually sucks.
The other 10%? That’s when you need the balls to step on the gas. I’m not saying full port, but you have to be willing to step outside your comfort zone.
The unfortunate reality is that trying to make $100 to even $300 a day forever usually ends the same way. Eventually your losses outweigh your wins. That’s just how this game is designed.
It took me 3 years to truly understand that.
If you’re new, I’m just trying to save you some time.
99% of options traders are gambling because they never learned the fundamentals.
This 1-hour Yale lecture changes everything.
In just 60 minutes, you’ll learn more about options trading than most overpriced trading courses ever teach.
No hype. No fake gurus. Just real knowledge.

TRADE PLAN for FOMC Wednesday 📈
There's 2 levels to watch for $SPX the next 3 days.
1. Above 7500 = Bullish
2. Under 7400 = Bearish
3. Between 7400-7500= More chop.
If you find yourself taking 50 trades a week with SPX stuck between 7400-7500, You need to size down and stop trading. Wait for the momentum first. There's a chance they raise rates tomorrow. If that happens, SPX to 7000 can come fast.
We need to see Memory stocks and Chip stocks catch a bid and bottom out before going long again. Be patient and stay on your toes tomorrow. It's going to be a volatile one.
Good luck everyone!! 🫡
TRADE PLAN for Thursday 📈
$SPX tried to breakout above 7500 again today but failed. SPX Needs a daily candle close above 7500 to set up for 7600+ after FOMC next week.
SPX July 23 7520C is best above 7500
$SNDK winding up for a move back to 1800. For tomorrow wait for SNDK to back test 1600 then look at calls for a push back up to 1670-1700
SNDK July 24 1800C is best above 1600
$NVDA reclaimed the key support level at 212 today. NVDA to 220 in play as long as 212 holds over the next 2 days.
NVDA July 31st 220C can work above 215
Good luck tmrw everyone!! 🫡
I challenge you to try this for the rest of the year:
No revenge trades.
1-2 trades a day only.
Journal every single trade.
8 hours sleep before every session.
No checking PnL during market hours.
Meditate for 15mins before market open.
Most traders can't do this for a week.
Can you?
People waste years losing at trading until they learn this SIMPLE STRATEGY.
They had too many indicators.
A new system every losing week.
No real framework underneath any of it.
Here's what actually works. Four things.
Levels: where price has actually reacted before.
Context: what the broader market is doing around that level.
Sizing: small enough to repeat 100 times without hesitating.
Discipline: follow the plan you wrote when you were calm.
That's the whole framework.
Complexity is the beginner version of trading.
Want to become elite?
Keep it simple.
How to shift your identity to actually succeed as a trader:
- Stop saying you're "trying to trade." You're a trader. Own it.
- Wake up before the market opens. Every single day.
- Build a morning routine and protect it like it's your edge.
- Judge yourself on execution. Never on PnL.
- Lose like a professional. Come back the next morning like one too.
- Stop telling people what you do. Let the account speak eventually.
- Size every position assuming it could go to zero. If that makes you anxious, you're too big.
- Withdraw consistently. Profitable traders take money out. Gamblers let it ride.
- Never average down on a losing futures position. Not once.
- Trade the same 3-5 tickers until you know their personality better than your own.
- Mark your levels every Sunday. Then let price come to you all week.
- Miss trades without FOMO. The market opens again tomorrow.
- Stop switching strategies. A profitable trader masters one thing.
- Review every trade after the close. Win or lose. Know exactly why.
- Stop checking your PnL mid-trade. Your size is too big if you can't look away.
- Meditate before the market opens. Your mind is the edge.
- Accept that some weeks you make nothing. That's part of the job.
- Accept that some days the right number of trades is zero.
- Stop trading out of boredom. Cash is a position.
- Stop trading to make back losses. The market doesn't owe you anything back.
- Separate your self worth from your PnL completely.
- A red day doesn't make you a bad trader. A bad process does.
- Stop consuming content about trading and start executing what you already know.
- Treat your trading like a business. Track everything. Review everything. Improve one thing at a time.
- Get off social media before the market opens. Someone else's opinion of the market is not your edge.
- Size down the moment you feel emotional. Come back when you're level-headed.
- Stop needing to be right. Need to be consistent instead.
- Build tolerance for drawdowns. They're part of every profitable trader's story.
- Think in months. Not days.
- The traders you look up to went through everything you're going through. They just didn't quit.
- Protect the account before you think about profit. Survival is the strategy.
- You're not building a trading account. You're building the version of yourself that deserves one.
