Still no response from @poppin customer service, even though I received an email from the company today asking me to review the file cabinet that I bought. The quality of @poppin customer service is outrageous & is making me consider never buying from them again! #workunhappy

Very disappointed that @poppin isn’t concerned about online customers’ satisfaction. Recently learned that I’d have to pay 41% of price of my new file cabinet to return/exchange it for a model that will actually meet my needs.

Teaching a @umontana #osher course this winter with the amazing Leora Bar-el from Anthropology/Linguistics. Our class examines the assumptions around "Success in America" using Sociological and Linguistic approaches. The students are so engaged and curious, which is awesome.
