A Year 6 bunch of thinkers and explorers who seek out opportunities to make connections, share and shine! We're excited to be taking part in #ChapterChat26 Wink
@ChapterChatNZ We learned that we sometimes come to a conclusion about someone, without even realising it, e.g. until later in the book, we thought the narrator was a boy! #chapterchatnz
@ChapterChatNZ Some learners in Room 1 had a fun time with our green screen and @DoInkTweets to create the reporting scene from outside the Buckingham Palace gates. #Boyatthebackoftheclass https://t.co/Jbl12HCixm

@ChapterChatNZ I think the narrator felt excited because he got the letter from the queen and also I think it would be really cool to have tea with the queen. #ChapterChatNZ#Finlay
@ChapterChatNZ I think punches are worse than horrible words because if you get punched, you get bruises for a while.
But if someone says a horrible word at you, you can just think of something else and forget about it.

@ChapterChatNZ Yes because punches go away and sometimes they don't even hurt but words can stay there for ages and keep coming back if something reminds you about it. #ChapterChat#Finlay
@ChapterChatNZ Because she did something brave she tapped a cold stream guard on the shoulder when they were doing royal changing of the guards.
