@premium I've upgraded my account to premium and the money has left my account, but i don't think it seems to have taken effect on my account?

@AskeBay I'm having issues logging into my account, tried to reset my password but apparently the email address i'm using isn't recognised (I've had an account with this email address for 15 years)

@FlogasEnergy keep massively overestimating my gas usage!
Upon logging into my account, i'm met with a grossly overestimated amount - but even after entering the correct reading, the amount is not updated and they take the money anyway! Absolutely disgusting!
