Ola scams are too much. cheating customers. Ola cabs never work when we try to pay the postpaid bills before the due payments. Once the penalty is charged it works well. Doesnt adjusts the account with ola money too. Customer support is bullying and disrespectful doesn't listen.
@olamoney_in already dm you. also, wrote to your email, also tried to pay due to get rid of phone calls, but it didn't work. your app glitch, shared the screenshot as well. you really are now suppose to compensate me monetarily after this torture.
@ola_supports I've already messaged you inbox on the same. 2nd, I have provided the screenshots of being unable to pay the due, because of your app glitches. thirdly, what help is provided? some stupid auto machine is saying will send me notice, for what? asking to resolve the fraud by you.
Ola support is super rude and says, they don't have any provision for wrongly charged fees once payment is made. Very badly speaking over calls, it's torturous and abusive. completely denying of checking the history and fixing any issue once the payment is done.

After10+ days delay by DTDC I had to provide new destination in Raj. The support team agreed & said that they will send it to new location. Now I tried all the numbers of DTDC to know whr is my parcel. Now the franchisee is saying he wont send. Even support no. arn't working.
