If your device supports L3 drm then you will not get high res.

I saw two different exp...one was Vikram 4K Atmos 👌

Then on another TV recently it was not latching to high res. That device was showing L3 support
My 4K tv was L1

Jio cinema was just getting on and Viacom who bagged the rights was merging into it.
It wanted quick and fast app downloads and convert to subscriber by throwing in HBO/Peacock content as FIFA progressed.
