As for the game models, with such limited budgets, they're mostly triangulated in any game.
The only plus of keeping them quad - doing so for animators, since it's easier to select loops that way.

@Gene6ixwill It was not curve brush, I usually mask something, and using mask adjust with triangle shape to have a line one mask borders, then inflate inside.
But as for later detailing, I'm using 📷
The GIO Brush - Soft forms from Pablo Munoz Gomez, it's just too overpowered brush lol
