Sometimes, you have to ask yourself: Do I really need this? How is this benefiting me? Maybe I should choose something I truly need...something that will help me, heal me, and put me in a healthier space.

@TheJay99 They can pretend they see no color but ingrained white supremacy dysfunction and black (including and not excluding various ethnicities) inferiority dysfunction is a deep rooted aspect of American culture. Ignorance doesn’t mean it didn’t exist, even from within.
Now is the time to see where you have actually been the one to put yourself into a box because you lacked the skills to pivot out of your comfort zone.
Figure out what you need. Is it courage, resilience, imagination, confidence, consistency. Identity the energy and call it in.
I think "Black" people are dope, but our being inherently superior to other groups is not biblical. We were ONLY supreme due to our covenant with the TMH, and the favor that came with it.
