I have had several of my regular clients pass away from rapid onset cancer this year three clients spouses have passed. Anyone else seeing that this year?

Fired the newest hire after 3 weeks. Gave him multiple chances. He was so slow, was told to pick it up multiple times and kept being a sloth. Respect is earned not given kid, labor field ain’t corporate style. Had no initiative to prove himself so he had to go.

New guy isn’t working out going to let him go after today’s work. He has been given many chances to show he has what it takes…. I pay very well and it’s a privilege to work on our crew. The cancer will be removed today to prevent and spread of apathy. #noslackersallowed

Small business employees require constant supervision and double checking their work. No matter how great they may be, they are not the owner. I always go through and make my guys go above. It’s rather annoying but seems to be the industry standard. They do 95% I want 100%

At this point of my life in business, there’s not a single free moment. You have to prioritize to balance real life versus worktime. This is the first week without nurse shifts while running the business. I am hoping we finally start to get above water.

Tomorrow is my last shift as a nurse, the business has grown so much I need to be fully committed. Surreal and exciting. Started the business in 2023, all 5 star reviews and mainly word of mouth growth. Do what’s right when no one is looking, it pays off!

Teething 8 month old keeping you up all night while the business has been so busy I can’t even keep up…. 😀 these are good problems to have but boy this is a lot. Glad we did not do a round of meat birds this year

I’m on vacation with my family. Have my guys running jobs while away. It’s taken years to get to this point but my the grace of God we are here. I left detailed notes, did a conference call with my formen and lined up easier jobs. Praying it all goes smoothly
