@streetsnappers @tsohost Can confirm. Random Internal Server Errors, impossible to diagnose from the customer’s end. And it’s been going on for ages – easily long enough to find the issue and fix it properly. Utter joke.

@keyboardmaestro This screen has popped up. A 463 day trial period? I’m confused, not least because I bought Keyboard Maestro in January 2016 – 689 days ago, not 463. Is this a bug? My serial number doesn’t work anymore either, says it’s “old”.
