@Gladwell Can’t imagine I’m the 1st to ask this question, but: the thesis of “Talking to Strangers” is that we’re pretty bad at reading people on superficial cues. Your second book, “Blink”, makes more or less the opposite argument. Opinion shift or are these ideas compatible?
