There's wasted funds but there's also the downstream effects. Many of our patients in our Geriatric practice have missed appointments in the past year due to issues with the ride causing frustration to patients and doctors and delays in care.

It was one small way I felt I could help move the dial in this situation. Last week I found out I got the placebo (bummer!) But Pfizer luckily offered the vaccine to all placebo receivers once the study was unblinded. One down, one to go! #excited #thisisourshot
