What our group did during August. Normal Breakfast Clubs Lunches, coffee & chats we also visited Burnham via the Ferry, took part in a Mystery trail. We took a ride on the Open top bus to Leigh and enjoyed part heritage trail, lunch and finally visited Battlesbridge

What the group did last month. Havens Breakfast Club, Meadowlark for lunch, Two visits to Porters Mayors Parlour, and our wonderful fund raising event at the Oakwood in aid of Breast Cancer Now.

Fabulous Fund Raising Day for Breast Cancer Now held at the Oakwood. Wear it Pink. We raised the fantastic sum of £1267 for the charity.

Friday 21st October from 10.30am - 2.30pm, sees our group holding a fundraising event for WEAR IT PINK for BREAST CANCER NOW. The event will be held at THE OAKWOOD, Rayleigh Road, Eastwood. Please come along and support this worthy cause. Raffle and Tombola included.

What the group this past month. Trip to London to lay flowers in Green Park, and pay respects. Walk from Leigh Station to Hadleigh Castle and back, Lunch at Meadowlark Shoebury, Breakfast at Havens, Picnic in the Park.
