@BarnellNicole@csubted Thank you so much for allowing us to share and learn from one another! I am ready to implement some of the technological resources/strategies into my own classroom! #CSUBted#EDCI6610@DrEddiesClass
@yolandaruiz07@doctor2pi@DrEddiesClass Hello Yolanda! I would definitely agree. As interesting and engaging as a tech strategy might be; if the student is struggling, they will not want to engage with the resource. When embedding resources it is best to practice implementation numerous times. #EDCI6610@DrEddiesClass
@CruzinthroughK@doctor2pi@DrEddiesClass Hello Colleen! One similar tool to Kahoot is Blooket. Students love it! It contains similar components to Kahoot but allows students to revisit problems. I have not used Pear-Deck, but I might have to give it a try as I love to use Slides. 😀 #EDCI6610
@doctor2pi A1) I believe that technology can provide different options for engaging students' interest in the lesson's content (Images, GIFs, Emojis, Videos, etc). Teachers can engage students and parents/guardians by using ParentSquare or including them in Canvas as an observer. #EDCI6610
