@hollyshansen While they are at it, they should look into all the border city hospitals. Women with no prenatal care living in Mexico will wait until they are in labor and cross the border to deliver in a US hospital. Well known fact.

@brianeharrison Need to look more closely at the border hospitals, as in Mission hospital. It is a known fact women will cross the border in active labor so they can deliver in the US
