#o2 paid to upgrade on Wednesday, available to C&C next day! Now at Sunday no sign of my phone, called the store they told me to call customer service, call customer service they tell me to call the store! I pay £250-£280pm for phones, and this is how you treat customers! #avoid

@Specsavers You have missed my point! A simple: *offer not to be used in conjunction with …….. or *excludes ………. Is a lot clearer than *T&C’s apply especially when colleagues don’t know the T&C’s!

@Specsavers chose 2 pairs of glasses, believing from this ad, I’d get the varifocals free! Only to be told is excluded on the 2 for 1. Would it not make more sense to put that on the POS instead of “terms and conditions apply” would save many a lot of time!
