Pretty shameful that baristas have a tip jar and yet the company regularly orders large unit counts they need through Instacart with no tip. Since when is $4 adequate pay for delivering 80lbs?

I delivered 5 soda cases (12x 12 oz cans) and a 24 pack of water bottles to one customer weighing 75 lbs but didn’t get heavy pay? Why? Because Instacart’s record system isn’t being input with accurate weights.

It’s idiotic. It’s ridiculous. It’s also wage theft

@Instacart Thank you. Each gallon weighing 8.6 means 6 do qualify…but shopper support is responding that 6 of the same thing is only 1 item. It makes no sense. In the example below they are saying 2x 24lb cases of water are 2 units but only 1 item.
