@AmericanAir Thanks for the response. I sent dm, it's not the delay- it's that we made it to our second flight 30 minutes before takeoff despite the delay, yet they still wouldn't let us on the plane and we had to sit there and watch it take off with our kids. Stuck in Dallas. No luggage.
