Peter Capaldi is THE Doctor, aka Dr Disco, Dr Funkenstein, Basil, etc
My Hubs, Guitar Rock, driving fast & anything PCap is in puts the fun in my life!
@nicksortor DJT would say that. That music is awful! I noticed a majority was Trump's personal color of gold.
Personally, I want to see the fireworks that go up in the air and explode in balls & spirals of a multitude of colors. Not just cans mounted onto the deck and just spews sparks.
@lippyent Legally? 15 - Illegally 13 on a Ford front end loader & back hoe. It's how I learned how to stick shift. At 14, I'd drive an old AMC Rambler that had its gears in the center of the steering wheel. I'd continue to look for the levers for the stabilizers when I parked it!
@lippyent Slinky! A gift when I was 7. I asked for Colorforms. I got a Slinky. Without steps in our house, there was nothing to run them down. I let them run from hand to hand for 2 min & got bored. I could never make it walk on level ground. I put it up and went back to my Duncan Yo-Yo.
@SarahWorkx A bicycle, not a horn, but a bell.
Press your thumb on the paddle on the bottom of the photo, and it will set the blades inside the dome, striking an arm that makes a sound as the blades come around again.
This is an ornate one. Mine was plain silver... and embarrassing.
@MahikRani50377 It's a nutcracker. We had 2 & 6 metal picks stuck in the nut bowl. Mom put out that bowl, a fruit bowl, and candy dishes every Christmas. They all matched. On Christmas Eve, she brought out the matching punch bowl that we kids couldn't drink of.
@Texas_jeep_guy Yep. I may be in my 60s, but I ain't dead. I was born a gearhead, and I will die a gearhead.
I loved driving sticks. My 2nd car was a 5 speed, 8 cylinder pony car called AMX Javelin SST by AMC. I loved her.
@ohhanxiety At first, I thought it was a counter. Like the guys who had to count the number of people going into a bar or theater, so there was no brein the fire code. But looking closer, I see it's a bike ringer. Not practical in today's world. Now, a cyclist needs an 18-wheeler airhorn!
