New filing in the Bovino/immigration case includes translation of his Friday Telemundo interview in which Bovino references U.S. District Judge Sara Ellis.

New Pentagon Press Association statement tonight:
"Today, the Defense Department confiscated the badges of the Pentagon reporters from virtually every major media organization in America. It did this because reporters would not sign onto a new media policy over its implicit threat of criminalizing national security reporting and exposing those who sign it to potential prosecution.
"The Pentagon Press Association’s members are still committed to reporting on the U.S. military. But make no mistake, today, Oct. 15, 2025 is a dark day for press freedom that raises concerns about a weakening U.S. commitment to transparency in governance, to public accountability at the Pentagon and to free speech for all."
WaPo: Pentagon says it will require reporters "to pledge they won’t gather any information — even unclassified — that hasn’t been expressly authorized for release and will revoke the press credentials of those who do not obey."

He first went to John Hoffman's home at 2:06 a.m.
After the shooting, he traveled to a state rep's home in Maple Grove, still dressed as police. They were not home.
He then went to a state senator's home in New Hope.
Right this moment, at 10:30 a.m. Monday, I should be interviewing Speaker Emerita Melissa Hortman.
Instead, I’m visiting memorials to the 21-year legislator who rose from the ashes of two failed campaigns to become “the most consequential Speaker in Minnesota history”…
Suspected assassin Vance Boelter is seen during his arrest in Sibley County following a two-day manhunt in Minnesota.
Ramsey County Sheriff Bob Fletcher said someone matching Boelter's was seen on a resident's trail camera. Boelter attempted to evade arrest for about an hour, but eight teams crawled in ditches to corral him and “he eventually surrendered peaceably after evading the SWAT teams," Fletcher said.
