We can’t believe it’s our last full day—and the sun is shining! We still have so many activities planned. Everyone slept well after last night’s campfire and marshmallows, and the bright morning has lifted everyone’s spirits. We’re all looking forward to the silent disco tonight!
Today, Year 6 at Bawdsey have overcome worries and stepped out of their comfort zones. They’ve abseiled down walls, solved problems, and worked brilliantly as teams. The weather is still amazing, and everyone has eaten well. Let’s see what adventures tomorrow brings.
Year 6 have arrived safely at Bawdsey Manor and have settled in brilliantly. We’ve thrown ourselves into our first activities, enjoyed a wonderful dinner, and the excitement is already building for tomorrow. Let’s hope the sunshine keeps up and the adventures continue!

The children and families of Rosecroft Primary came together to complete our lovely display of poppy pebbles. Mrs Viccar’s & Mrs Hannon ran a lunchtime paint, as you can see this was very popular 😊 All done in time for Remembrance day to commemorate those fell. Lest we forget!
Bit of a late post, but. Wrapcare enjoyed fun on the bouncy castle & outdoor games kindly supplied by Kathryn's Kastles & Soft Play on their last week of term. We also had pizza & icecream, safe to say an enjoyable evening for all. Big thankyou to Kathryn for coming along :)
A little snippet of what Benjamin class have been up to this week. Sunshine has allowed us outdoors lots with great learning activities. Super writing skills are growing and we’ve been focusing on our number skills beyond 20. 😀👌
After school club were lucky to have had the chance to enter a competition. We are very proud to announce that all of our entries sent in, have been selected to be published in a real book to be published in July. Well done all of those that were able to enter😀

Some fantastic computing work from Hamilton class this afternoon as they created fairground rides. The children put together and attached their own Crumble mini computers and made programs so that the rides could spin and light up.
The Easter Egg colouring competiton is now closed. the Easter bunnies are busy selcting the winners, and they will be announced in next weeks assembly. Thank you to everyonne who has entered!
What an amazing last day we have had at Bawdsey Manor! Everyone has challenged themselves, solved problems together, worked as a team, and made memories. We are incredibly proud. Now we are all looking forward to seeing our families, sharing our experiences, and sleeping.
Thankfully, the weather has improved. Jacob's ladder, fencing, and archery have been really popular today. Our evening activity was a campfire, and we all had the opportunity to roast marshmallows. Now for lights out and rest before another activity-packed day tomorrow.
Reception are now on our way home after a lovely trip to the Bug Parc. All the children have been very well behaved, and the adults ☺️ the journey home is a lot quieter than the journey there 😀 pictures to follow on tapestry.
