What am I supposed to do with this? @laundryheap it's an hour and a half past the latest window of my pick up time and tbh it's bedtime in my house. No news on the app, no update from the driver and no way I'm paying for this service if you show up now and I'm asleep!

@laundryheap rushed home from work to be sure I was here for 6-8pm pick up slot. Its now 9 and pick up is no where to be seen. The app has given me no update all night and now simply won't stop crashing. Frankly for the $30 minimum charge it's fairly terrible service.
