Earlier in the year @goodgrieftrust launched their new national bench plaque memorial campaign, 'Sit with Hope'.
The Rosemary Foundation has ‘pledged a plaque’, you will find it on one of our benches outside our office.

The aim of their new campaign is to help improve awareness of bereavement services. Plaques with a QR code, direct to their website. They want anyone who is grieving, and looking to find advice & support, following a bereavement, to be able to find Help and Hope in one place.
