@lovekigulove@el_unfunne im above that as a person you can stoop as low as you want to be sayin it as a white dude but at the end of the day a slurs a slur
“You choked… you could not stop that 6’1” big-headed point guard, and he busted your ass. That’s what happened.”
No amount of slick talk from Stephon Castle is going to mask the fact that he and the Spurs were outclassed by Jalen Brunson and the Knicks in the NBA Finals.
Stellar Blade Director Kim Hyung Tae says Stellar Blade has not yet been completed!
“It hasn’t been completed yet.
We want to do whatever we can for everyone who is playing the game. In fact, by the time the sequel arrives Stellar Blade itself might undergo some changes. We hope you continue to love Stellar Blade.”

Tekke 8's recent job posting stems from a much bigger problem that Bandai Namco has been dealing with for years now
Late 2023 and early 2024 Bandai Namco reported a 96% drop in year-on-year profits in its games division a "roughly $51.35 million" net lost due to Blue Protocol's failure leading BNE to cancel five games, saying it plans stricter quality control
https://t.co/AvHGFbBiFL
Under this new stricter quality control, Tekken 8's former Director Harada began speaking out against the company stating that's become more profit driven over passion and blamed the executives for this shift "They change quite frequently and some of them are only interested in obtaining the highest profits possible to further their careers, and they have no regard for development schedules or brand timelines."

Bandai Namco Studios began aggressively downsizing their gaming studios to cut cost as document in a leaked press "they ended work from home and fired the employees who couldn’t come back immediately. Due to the sudden mandatory return to work, there weren't enough seats, so people had to cram in, resulting in many floors experiencing oxygen deprivation. The contracts of temporary employees were terminated, permanent employees were sent to a department known as the "dismissal department," where they were given no work but their performance evaluations were lowered to encourage voluntary resignation. They rummage through past events and PC logs to find faults, investigate employees' PC logs and work performance over several years, and if there is even the slightest mistake, use that as an excuse to fire them saying, "I committed problematic behavior in the past, so I have no future at the company going forward." They also spread negative reviews about employees whose resignations have been confirmed to other companies. Employees whose resignation has been confirmed are contacted with messages such as "You should not associate with a person named (partially modified)," obstructing their transfer to other companies."

As a result of this, the listed numbers of employees on their official website fell by almost 200 with some of these position being vital to the continuation of the company and the games being produced like Tekken 8, which had several top developers leave throughout 2024 to 2026. This unexpected turn of events created this situation Bandai Namco is in now where they have to hire new staff to fill these vital roles as shown in the March job posting and the current one that was posted directly into Tekken 8 game itself

Harada who has since left Bandai Namco started a new development studio in partnership with SNK and has been steadily releasing announcements that almost intentionally collides with Tekken 8's own development timeline and have been pulling even more top talent away from Bandai Namco. Most recently, when Bandai Namco posted the in game job listing for selected Japanese Tekken 8 players, Harada countered just hours later by sharing how much better his studio is too work at stating "it’s really amazing to work in an environment without unnecessary stress"

The emphases Tekken 8's job posting placed on "the next generation of fighting games like TEKKEN" suggests that this on going situation will most likely not impact Tekken 8, but more so Tekken 9. Also Harada explained how incredibly difficult it is for new developers to step in and work on the Tekken series due to it being a "spaghetti code nightmare."
"The engine contains a massive amount of complex legacy code some of it dating all the way back to older titles. For a new programmer or balance designer, understanding how modifying a single value might break a fundamental interaction that has existed for 20 years is incredibly daunting."
If the Tekken team loses too many legacy developers who understands the spaghetti code the damage to the franchise my be irreversible.

Lastly, the Tekken team hiring players is something that they've done in the past as Nakatsu, Michael Murray, and Mishimastar were all players who became game devs during the development of previous early title.
"I dont think we have a big target
Because I don't think anyone
is picking us to win again.
We're using it as fuel
We're still the hunters
We're not satsified with one"
–– Josh Hart

Jalen Brunson on going for a repeat this season:
“We don’t want to speak of the trophy, we don’t want to talk about the trophy, we don’t want to see the trophy. We want to come in with the same mindset if not even tougher mindset we had last year.”
