@Padres GET WANDY PERALTA THE FUCK! OFF THIS TEAM RIGHT FUCKING NOW! I'M SICK AND FUCKING TIRED OF WATCHING HIM LOSE GAMES!
The fact that the MLB home run derby was on NETFLIX and not on a commercial channel begs the question, does MLB care about being accessible to all of their current and future fans, I donโt think so.
So in order to watch all games and events for MLB this season you have to have
YouTube TV/Hulu/Cable
Peacock
Apple TV
MLB TV
Netflix
Just ridiculous job by MLB in trying to make their sport accessible
Major league baseball taking the home run Derby away from the fans is the ultimate in greed and it is a travesty that you need a Netflix subscription to watch watch it
Dear @MLB ,You Suck!
For all of us fans , who love our teams (#Redsox is mine) to put the Home Run Derby on a streaming site is unbelievable!!!!
I already pay to watch all 162 games thru MLB/Nesn.
Do better for next year !
Netflix shit the bed tonight in grand fashion. Genuinely horrible camera angles and then the cherry on top is just up and ending the broadcast in the middle of the Jordan Walker interview. Get this jabroni ass company out of Major League Baseball. Itโs pathetic
Not having MLBโs Home Run Derby on a basic, nationally televised channel is a massive L for the league and its growth.
Selling the broadcast rights to Netflix is all about money for the league, not the fans.
โGrow the game.โ
This is doing the exact opposite.
The #HomeRunDerby not being broadcasted on national TV this year is a national travesty and a bad look for Americas pastime. โพ๏ธ ๐ญ ๐บ๐ธ
@MLB needs to seriously rethink this decision for the future. ๐ก
Putting the MLB Homerun Derby on Netflix is disgraceful and shameful. Making people pay for extra streaming options is so infuriating. ๐ก
Screw Peacock and Apple TV also.
All of these sporting events bouncing from one streaming service to another is so annoying. I shouldnโt have to have 35 subscriptions in order to watch my team play or to watch the leagueโs exhibition events.
Netflix is TERRIBLE at broadcasting sports. They just get a bunch of high-profile people involved but the actual production is terrible.
How do you not have Exit Velo on the screen? Why are you cutting away from home runs for sideline interviews? Just terrible
