Hello, @TeamYouTube.

At this point, the responses I’ve received from support feel like automated template replies. I genuinely don’t understand why my case hasn’t been reviewed properly.

My channel was terminated on July 2 for “Spam, Deceptive Practices, and Scams,” but my content consisted of original, transformative gaming videos. I believe this was a mistake, as my channel did not violate those policies.

I also had 0 strikes and 0 warnings before the termination.

I’m respectfully asking for another manual review by a human reviewer. This channel means a lot to me, and I truly believe it was removed in error.

@daoneaanick @TeamYouTube YESSS! Youtubes new AI moderation is horrible! My channel Rosesinred has gotten terminated for Violent Criminal Organizations and Violent Extremist which, completely out of left field... I had about 35k subscribers, was monetized, and had my channel for a decade. So horrible!

@JynxziUpdates2 @TeamYouTube We really need more awareness on how bad Youtubes AI moderation has become... ‼️ My channel also has gotten taken down but for "Violent Criminal Organizations", which was completely out of left field. I was monetized and had a community, and so did many others. So devastating.

I only received a singular warning on one video, then suddenly my entire channel was terminated for "Violent Criminal Organizations", its sad how companies now want to run their platforms through AI. Truly devastating.

@veloYTA Wow, my channel also got taken down but for Violent Criminal Organizations randomly for just one warning on a single video. They also sent me the same auto generated message through gmail. Youtubes running through AI moderation now, really devastating.

@YandereSimWWE @TeamYouTube Youtube continuing to brutalize small channels and having a double standard for bigger channels doing the same thing is just a perfect example of their bias. More people need to know about this so that @TeamYouTube can rectify their mistakes. It's not okay what they're doing.

@YandereSimWWE @TeamYouTube Yes we desperately need to spread more attention to this issue. This is absolutely unacceptable and YouTube needs to treat their users and creators with the respect to try and understand contexts rather than utilize ai bots who only notice keywords uncontextually.

There are so many false account terminations from Youtubes AI moderation system, deleting so many channels. Youtube's claiming we violated the Criminal Organizations guideline, when we have full censorship settings on in the game. (Or only Yandere Simulator related content.) We also only received a WARNING on one video, then immediately our channels are banned with no explanation or proof to back it up. It is very frustrating and disheartening that Youtube's support team isn't doing anything to help these small channels with this issue, especially when bigger channels have no consequences. (Bigger channels containing graphic titles, censorship settings off, language/explicit wording.) I along with many others, desperately hoping Youtube does something about this, along with their AI moderation system.

@TeamYouTube My creative gaming channel, WWE Jay Gaming, was suddenly hit with a permanent termination for "Violent Criminal Organizations" (VCO) out of nowhere. I have zero prior guidelines strikes, and I manually record and edit my gameplay content purely as a hobby.
This is a massive false positive. A broken automated text scanner is systematically wiping out over 100 innocent channels across the #YandereSimulator creator community with the exact same unreviewable VCO flag. The AI security bots are catastrophically misinterpreting harmless, standard in-game text descriptions and metadata as real world dangerous activity.
Can a Human Reviewer please review my channel and the other innocent community channels that got falsely terminated?

My YouTube channel was taken down by a false positive automated flag. I upload videos of gameplay from Yandere Simulator, but I received a warning for violating the violent criminal organizations policy. 2 weeks later, my channel was removed despite only receiving one warning. My channel does not incite violence or glorify criminal organizations, and I am willing to take down or adjust any gameplay videos that get flagged as such. Please let me know what I can do to better comply with YouTube's policy and restore my channel.
